SSB Beauty LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to making its website and mobile applications accessible to people with disabilities. This Accessibility Statement describes our good-faith efforts toward that goal and applies to our website and the mobile applications WarriorMode, Mollie, CalAlign, and Hollie (collectively, the "Services").

This statement documents our ongoing, good-faith accessibility efforts. It is not a warranty, guarantee, or legal certification of full conformance with any accessibility standard. Accessibility is a continuous improvement process, and no website or application can guarantee 100% conformance at all times.

1. Our Commitment

We use commercially reasonable efforts to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA for our website. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

For our iOS mobile applications, we use commercially reasonable efforts to support Apple's accessibility features — including VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, and minimum touch target sizing — in accordance with Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and applicable accessibility standards.

Our commitment is to continuous improvement. We do not represent or warrant that the Services are free from accessibility barriers at all times, and we expressly disclaim any such warranty.

2. Measures We Have Taken

To support accessibility on this website, we have implemented the following:

Skip-navigation links so keyboard users can bypass repeated navigation
Navigation links that indicate the current page using aria-current
Visible focus indicators for keyboard and assistive-technology navigation
Semantic HTML landmarks (nav, main, footer) with ARIA labels
Text color contrast meeting WCAG 2.1 AA minimums (4.5:1 for body text; 3:1 for large text)
Decorative images and emoji marked as hidden from assistive technologies
Screen-reader notifications for links that open in a new tab or window
Descriptive accessible names on all interactive elements

These measures represent our current state of implementation. We cannot guarantee that every page or feature maintains full conformance at every moment, including after updates or third-party changes.

3. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, certain limitations exist. We disclose them here in good faith:

Gradient display text: Large decorative headings on some pages use CSS gradient coloring. These headings are display-size (large) text and meet the 3:1 large-text contrast threshold, but we continue to evaluate simpler alternatives.
Third-party and embedded content: The Services incorporate third-party tools and services (including Apple App Store, Google Firebase Analytics, Google Firebase Crashlytics, and Meta SDK). We do not own, control, or maintain these third-party components, and we expressly disclaim any responsibility for their accessibility.
Mobile application features: We are actively auditing our mobile applications for full VoiceOver, TalkBack, and Dynamic Type support. Identified gaps are being tracked and addressed in future releases; no timeline is guaranteed.
User-generated content: Content submitted by users is outside our direct control and may not conform to accessibility standards.

Disclosure of a known limitation in this statement shall not constitute an admission of liability or a waiver of any legal defense.

4. No Warranty of Conformance

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITH RESPECT TO ACCESSIBILITY. SSB BEAUTY LLC MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT THE SERVICES CONFORM TO ANY ACCESSIBILITY STANDARD, INCLUDING WCAG 2.1 LEVEL AA, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE FREE FROM ACCESSIBILITY BARRIERS AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME.

Publication of this Accessibility Statement does not constitute a representation that the Services are fully conformant, does not create any contractual obligation to achieve or maintain conformance, and does not waive any legal defense available to SSB Beauty LLC.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SSB Beauty LLC's total liability arising out of or related to any claim concerning the accessibility of the Services — including any claim under the Americans with Disabilities Act, any state equivalent, or any other applicable accessibility law — shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

In no event shall SSB Beauty LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the accessibility of the Services, even if SSB Beauty LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Third-Party Content Disclaimer

The Services may contain links to, or incorporate content or functionality from, third-party websites, platforms, and services. SSB Beauty LLC has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the accessibility, content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services. References to third-party services do not constitute endorsement or a representation that such services are accessible.

7. Pre-Suit Notice Requirement

Before initiating any legal action, arbitration, or administrative complaint arising out of or related to the accessibility of the Services, you must provide SSB Beauty LLC with written notice of the specific accessibility barrier(s) at issue by emailing support@warriormode.app. Your notice must describe:

The specific page(s), feature(s), or screen(s) affected
The assistive technology or access method you use
A description of the barrier encountered
Your contact information

SSB Beauty LLC shall have 60 days from receipt of such written notice (the "Cure Period") to investigate and, where feasible, remedy the identified barrier before any legal action may be commenced. Failure to provide pre-suit notice and allow the Cure Period to lapse is a condition precedent to bringing any claim.

We will respond to your notice within 2 business days to confirm receipt and within 10 business days to provide a remediation assessment or plan.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Accessibility Statement is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this statement or the accessibility of the Services are also subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service, including any applicable arbitration agreement and class action waiver set forth therein.

9. No Waiver of Defenses

Nothing in this Accessibility Statement constitutes a waiver of any legal or equitable defense available to SSB Beauty LLC, including but not limited to defenses based on standing, jurisdiction, statute of limitations, or the applicability of any accessibility law to the Services. SSB Beauty LLC expressly reserves all such defenses.

10. Severability

If any provision of this Accessibility Statement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Review and Updates

This statement is reviewed and updated at least once per year, or whenever significant changes are made to the Services. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent review. Updates take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised statement.
