Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications operated by SSB Beauty LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including WarriorMode, CalAlign, Mollie, and Hollie (each referred to individually as the "App").

WarriorMode, CalAlign, Mollie, and Hollie are separate applications with distinct features and purposes, both operated by SSB Beauty LLC as the same legal entity. These Terms apply to each app individually — when you use WarriorMode, these Terms govern your use of WarriorMode; when you use CalAlign, these Terms govern your use of CalAlign; when you use Mollie, these Terms govern your use of Mollie; when you use Hollie, these Terms govern your use of Hollie.

By accessing or using either App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its systems
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or data
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the App require a paid subscription. We offer the following subscription plans:

• Weekly — billed once per week
• Monthly — billed once per month
• Annual — billed once per year

⚠ Auto-Renewal Notice: All subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, or annually, depending on the plan you selected) at the same price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before your current period ends. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription will auto-renew and your payment method will be charged automatically.

• Payments are processed through your device platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play)
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) — go to your account settings, select Subscriptions, and cancel from there. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled by your platform provider in accordance with their policies

We do not process or store payment information directly.

5. User Content

The App allows you to submit content, including text, data, and images.

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and use your content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the App

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or rights of others.

6. Generated Content

The App may generate responses, recommendations, or insights based on your input.

• Generated content may not always be accurate or complete
• It is provided for informational purposes only
• You should not rely solely on this content for important decisions

You use generated outputs at your own risk.

You may delete your account at any time through the App.

• Deletion is permanent and irreversible
• Your account and associated data will be removed from our systems, subject to limited retention for legal or operational purposes

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App—including design, branding, systems, and software—are owned by SSB Beauty LLC.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any results, insights, or outputs will be accurate or reliable

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SSB Beauty LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the App
• Reliance on any information or content provided by the App
• Health, fitness, or dietary decisions

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
