Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 13, 2026

SSB Beauty LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates four separate mobile applications: WarriorMode, CalAlign, Mollie, and Hollie (each referred to as the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information across all four applications.

WarriorMode, CalAlign, Mollie, and Hollie are distinct apps with separate features and purposes, but all are operated by SSB Beauty LLC under the same legal entity. This Privacy Policy applies to each app individually — the practices described here govern whichever app you are using.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

a. Account Information

  • Email address
  • Display name
  • Authentication-related information (including sign-up and login method, e.g., email/password, Sign in with Apple, or Google)

b. Profile and Onboarding Data

  • Gender
  • Birthdate
  • Current and goal weight
  • Fitness goals and preferences
  • Dietary preferences
  • Workout habits
  • Stated challenges or obstacles
  • Referral source

c. User-Generated Content

  • Meal logs and food entries
  • Calorie targets and tracking data
  • Progress data (including XP, levels, and streaks)
  • Any other information you choose to input into the App

d. Photos

  • Images you capture and upload (such as meal photos)

e. Usage and Device Data

  • App interactions and feature usage
  • Device type and operating system
  • General (non-precise) location information
  • IP address
  • Advertising identifier (IDFA), if you grant App Tracking Transparency permission (see Section 6)

f. App Events

We log certain in-app events to understand how users interact with the App and to improve performance and personalization. These events include, but are not limited to:

  • Onboarding steps completed
  • Sign-up and login method used
  • Paywall viewed
  • Subscription purchased or cancelled
  • Feature usage milestones

These events are associated with your device and, where applicable, your account. They are processed by Firebase Analytics and Meta (Facebook) as described in Section 4.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and operate the App's core features
  • Personalize your experience (including tracking progress and recommendations)
  • Enable features that generate responses based on your input
  • Improve functionality, performance, and user experience
  • Monitor usage and analyze trends
  • Measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns
  • Diagnose crashes and technical issues

3. Advertising and Ad Measurement

a. Meta (Facebook) SDK

We integrate the Meta (Facebook) SDK, which allows Meta to collect certain data from your device for advertising measurement and attribution purposes. This may include your IP address, device information, and in-app events (such as subscription purchases or paywall views).

If you grant App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission (see Section 6), your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) may also be shared with Meta to improve ad measurement and allow Meta to show you relevant ads.

Meta acts as an independent data controller for data collected through its SDK. Meta's data practices are governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.

b. SKAdNetwork (Apple Attribution)

We use Apple's SKAdNetwork framework, a privacy-preserving attribution system that allows us to measure the effectiveness of our ad campaigns without identifying individual users or devices.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party service providers to support the App's functionality. Each acts as a data processor on our behalf (except where noted as an independent data controller):

Analytics and Crash Reporting

  • Google Firebase Analytics — collects app usage data, session information, and the in-app events described in Section 1(f). Data is processed by Google LLC. See Firebase Privacy.
  • Google Firebase Crashlytics — collects crash reports, device state, and stack traces to help us diagnose and fix technical issues. Data is processed by Google LLC. See Firebase Privacy.

Advertising and Attribution

  • Meta (Facebook) SDK — as described in Section 3(a). Meta acts as an independent data controller for data it collects through its SDK.
  • Apple SKAdNetwork — as described in Section 3(b).

Other Services

  • Account authentication and management
  • Cloud storage and data processing
  • Payment and subscription processing
  • AI-generated responses based on user input

These providers may process your data solely to provide and improve the App. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using secure systems and may be processed on servers located in the United States.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On iOS, we request your permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before any cross-app tracking occurs.

  • If you grant permission: Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) may be shared with Meta (Facebook) for ad measurement, attribution, and optimization purposes.
  • If you deny permission: We will not share your IDFA for advertising purposes. We will enable Meta's Limited Data Use (LDU) mode, which restricts Meta's ability to use your data for purposes beyond basic measurement. The App will continue to function normally.

You can change your ATT preference at any time in your iPhone's Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the App and its features.

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion:

  • Your account information will be removed
  • Your stored data will be deleted from our systems, subject to limited retention for legal or operational purposes

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request corrections to your information
  • Request deletion of your data

You can manage most of your data directly within the App or contact us for assistance.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for users under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will take steps to delete it.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

  • Right to Know: You may request information about the personal data we collect, use, disclose, or share.
  • Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising. While we do not sell personal information, certain data shared with Meta for advertising measurement may qualify as "sharing" under California law. To opt out, deny ATT permission when prompted, or adjust your iOS tracking settings at any time (see Section 6). You may also contact us directly to request that we restrict sharing your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

For California users who deny ATT permission or who are otherwise flagged as restricted, we enable Meta's Limited Data Use (LDU) flag, which instructs Meta to process your data only for limited purposes in accordance with California and Virginia privacy laws.

To exercise your rights, contact us using the information in Section 13.

11. Device Permissions

The App may request access to:

  • Camera: to capture and upload images
  • Push Notifications: to send reminders and updates (optional and can be disabled at any time)
  • App Tracking Transparency: to allow advertising measurement and attribution as described in Section 6 (optional; you may deny this permission without affecting App functionality)

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
